This notice explains the main categories of information that GETT3D Software Solutions Corp. collects through AutoQuote3D, the purposes for which it is used, and the choices available to account holders, customers, and Widget users.

Information we process

We process account and company-profile information, such as names, email addresses, company details, roles, authentication records, and subscription status. When a Company uses AutoQuote3D, the service also processes customer contact information, uploaded manufacturing models, Part settings, Quotes, paid Orders, shipping and billing information, production status, communications, and other data provided through the Company or its Widget.

We collect service and security data, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, dates and times of activity, pages and features used, API and MCP request logs, error details, and identifiers needed to detect abuse and maintain active sessions. Payment service providers process payment-card data in accordance with their own privacy notices; AutoQuote3D receives the transaction identifiers and status information needed to manage checkout and subscriptions.

How and why information is used

We use information to provide quoting, checkout, Order management, production workflows, analytics, support, authentication, API and MCP access, billing, fraud prevention, service reliability, and product improvement. The Company determines the purposes for which it collects customer and model data through its Widget; GETT3D generally processes that information to provide the service to the relevant Company.

We may use third-party providers for hosting, storage, authentication, payments, email delivery, analytics, monitoring, and customer support. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their respective services and are subject to contractual or legal obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention, security, and international processing

Information is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain records relating to paid Orders and business activities, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary according to the type of data and the Company’s configuration. We implement administrative, technical, and organizational security measures, but no Internet service can guarantee absolute security.

AutoQuote3D and its providers may process information in Canada, the United States, and other countries where service providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. We use available contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards that are appropriate to the information and processing activities involved.

Access and privacy choices

Depending on applicable law, a person may request access to, correction, export, deletion, or restriction of their data, or an explanation of how personal information is used. Some data cannot be deleted immediately when it must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or paid Order record-keeping purposes. We may verify the requester’s identity and, in the case of a customer using a Widget, direct them to the Company that manages the customer relationship.
